Questions about Shipping

Where Do You Ship To?

The Facial Room ships to any address in Canada, this includes PO Boxes.

What Will I Pay for Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders $49 and over, there is a $10 flat rate for orders under $49.

That's it!

When Will My Order Arrive?

We strive to provide fast reliable shipping on all our orders but sometimes delays happen due to high volumes.

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to receive and process your order.  

UPS & Canada Post transit time varies between 1-7 business days (or longer for remote/rural locations or shipments to Canadian Territories).

As we are located in BC, regional orders can expect 1-3 business day shipping, and national orders (Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, etc) should expect shipping within 3-7 business days.  

At times of higher volumes, especially during the holidays, delivery times may take longer.

What Carriers Do You Use?

All orders from The Facial Room are shipped via UPS Standard or Canada Post Expedited.  

Any packages going to a PO Box and/or to Territories will ship via Canada Post Expedited only.

How Can I Track My Package?

When we have completed your shipment you will receive an email confirming shipment and providing you with a tracking number, this number may take up to 24 to become active.  We ship Monday to Saturday, with carrier pickups Monday to Friday.

Our shipping team works hard to turn your order into a shipment as soon as possible.  Our goal is to have your order ready for shipping within 72 hours. 

Delays may occur occasionally, due to high volume or if inventory is temporarily unavailable.

Keeping Your Package Safe

When your package has been picked up by UPS or Canada Post the responsibility for the safety and delivery of that package transfers to them.

 

Once the package has been delivered and a notification issued the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, we cannot be held liable for stolen packages once they have been delivered.

 

If you have any specific requests for delivery of your package please let us know ahead of time (eg. basement suite information, "leave package behind planter" etc).  Please ensure that the address you have given for delivery is accessible, and safe for delivery personnel and also a safe location for your package to be left if you are not home.

 

 

How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We like to turn orders into shipment quickly!  Please review your order confirmation email carefully to ensure what you have ordered is what you want.

 

If you wish to make a change or cancel your order we can only do that if we receive your request before your package has been shipped.  Once the package has been picked up by the carrier it cannot be cancelled.  At this point you will need to follow our return policy.

Can I Return or Exchange a Product?

We want you to love the products you have purchased and we are available to discuss any concerns you may have.

First of all, let us know quickly!  All returns and exchange must be requested within 72 hours of your package being delivered. Please email us as soon as possible, only authorized returns will be accepted.

We will only accept returns or exchanges on any unsealed or unused products, unless the packaging was damaged during shipment. 

We cannot accept returns or offer an exchange if a customer changes their mind or does not like the product.

If you have experienced an allergic reaction please take photographs as we reserve the right to ask for photos if an exchange or return is requested.

All products must be in original packaging and received by us in the same condition that you received them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless previously agreed otherwise.

How Can I Try New Products?

Every order includes 6 complimentary samples that you can select for your skin type at checkout.

 

Requests for specific samples may be made, but we can not guarantee they will be in stock at the time you place your order as our inventory is always moving.

Can I Get a Skin Consultation?

We love helping our customers choose their Eminence Organics and wellness products.

We can do this in person or via email, we will need photographs of your skin in good daylight.

Free consultations are available upon request. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Will You Match Offers From Another Retailer?

You bet! We are confident that we offer the best promotion with orders (free shipping over $49, 6 free Eminence Organics samples, and a free Eminence Organics full-size product gift on all orders over $179).  But, if you find a better offer somewhere else we will match any offer that follow the Eminence Organics MAP policy for authorized retailers

How Do I Get My Gift With Purchase?

Start shopping and once the value of your cart reaches the spend threshold for a promotion (after applying discounts and before tax is added) you will be able to select a free gift with purchase.

 

Gift with Purchase cannot be combined with any other promotions (unless otherwise stated).

 

One promotion per order (unless otherwise stated).

How Do I Redeem My Points?

1. Log in to your Facial Room account

2. Click on the black box that says VIEW GLOW REWARDS

3. Scroll down the page to Ways To Redeem

4. Click the $10.00 Credit or $25 Credit and the promo code will appear (and it will be emailed to you)

5. Copy the code and paste it before going to the checkout (enter it at the bottom of the pop-up Gift Box window).

 

How Do I Use My Points in My Order?

Before Checkout, please add your discount code in the pop-up Free Gift Promotion window (Look for "Using a Discount Code? Enter it Here").

How Do I Check My Points Balance?

Does It Cost Anything To Begin Earning Points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

Do I Have To Enroll Or Register In Individual Promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How Long Will It Take For Points To Post To My Account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion (e.g. place an order, follow us on Instagram)!

Do My Points Expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What Happens To My Points If I Make A Return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.

Trouble with your promo code?

Only one promo code can be applied per order, and should be applied before going to the checkout. Promo codes may have conditions expiration dates or minimum order amounts.
