This blend was designed to remind women that they can give themselves permission to rest. It is meant to soothe the body, while relaxing the mind. The cacao helps to increase dopamine and serotonin to support your nervous system and mind. It contains magnesium to support the smooth muscles to decrease cramping with the help of ginger. For menopausal women this blend can be used at anytime, especially for those feeling anxious, fatigued, or just needing that permission to just take a moment in your day to breathe and just “be”. 

We chose the name Behn, meaning “sister” in honour of our own relationship and our innate desire to connect with one another during times of much needed rest.
